Cycling is one of the most pleasant leisure-time activities in Rheinhessen.
In addition to the cycling routes beyond the region and the Nahe cycle path, Bingen offers a well signposted network of cycle paths of over 200 kilometres.
We will gladly offer information and accommodation for your cycling tour. The Tourist Information Office also offers help if there are small problems with the bicycle.

Due to the work for the state Garden Show in some areas there may be bottlenecks and hindrances in spring 2008. Nevertheless, the gradual improvements for cycling traffic are already noticeable. When the work is completed there will be 4 kilometres of long-distance cycle paths in Bingen that have been completely changed. That not only means improvements in signposting but also an enhancement of the stay in the town, because the Rheinradweg runs the length of the area in which the state Garden Show 2008 is located.
